Feel like you practice more and more, but the results are not showing up?

You have tried all the things. The scales, the etudes, the exercises... And STILL your left hand wont do what you want it to do!

It's like you never practiced at all...

In this course you will learn how to create a stabile, solid left hand technique that allows you to focus on what you want, the music!

After this course you will:

Feel more in control when you play

Make thumb position easier

Play with consistent intonation

Gain a clear, resonating sound

Feel more confident in your playing

The left hand lays the foundation of how you feel when you play. If it is not working correctly you will feel insecure, have inconsistent intonation, lack clear sound and struggle with thumb position. You will also need to rely on repetition to gain results.

In this course you learn how to rely on focus and intensity when you practice, so that you need less repetition to get results.

Practice less,
get better results

This course is for you who:

Struggle with inconsistent intonation

Feel you practice a lot but don’t get big enough results

Never get comfortable in thumb position

Feel some of your fingers are weak

Want to learn repertoire quicker

Are tired of just «practicing more»

Feel like intonation is disappearing when you get stressed

So... what is this all about really?

(It sounds a little too good to be true!)

What will I actually learn?

When I was a music student studying for my Masters in performance I got tendonitis in my right arm, which led me on a journey of discovering how my body actually works, and I took extra education in Timani -a movement system designed to enhance musicians' understanding of the body’s role in musical performance. In this 10 year long process, I learned where my body was helping me, and where it was holding me back. This has now led me to creating a refined system for left hand technique, where you will learn about anatomy, movement, exercises and much more that help you create an efficient use of your hand. Its basically playing as nature intended you to do! (Meaning you don't try to do something that your body is not designed to do!) I learned all of this the hard way, and I don't want you to struggle in the same way I did, so I made this course for you instead!

In Left Hand Mastery we cover three main areas of the body:

The fingertip

The fingertip is responsible for creating clear, resonant sound in the way we press it down on the string. If the impact on the string is not correct, this creates a muffled sound. and we can feel insecure. When using the fingertip correctly it not only improves the sound, but also helps immensely with feeling secure when you play.

The hand

In the hand you will find muscles that are great stabilizers and are responsible for intonation and muscle memory. Learning to use the hand in an anatomically correct way will increase muscle memory, create better intonation and help you become stronger in the hand.

learn the anatomy and biomechanics of the hand, and what movements actually help you create muscle memory, intonation and becoming stronger in the hand

The body

The rest of the body also impacts how the left hand functions. Knowing what tensions are good for you when you play, and what tensions to release, helps to strengthen the left hand technique, and gives you additional freedom in your sound and in your expression.
